SOCIAL EVENTS
The Organisers have shaped an outstanding social events programme for Forum participants. It provides delegates, exhibitors and spouses with opportunities to discover Korean nightlife in various facets, to facilitate the cultivation of personal friendships and to establish new contacts. There will be three events in Seoul: two for Forum attendees, their spouses and exhibitors and one for members’ only. Each event will take place in elegant and charming settings, and each event will be distinct from the other. These are events that you cannot miss!
WELCOME RECEPTION |
The Forum Welcome Reception is the perfect kick-off to the 21st World LP Gas Forum! Participants, spouses and visitors are invited to attend and get reacquainted with colleagues and friends from around the globe. Expected to be entertaining and jovial, it will be the opening of a unique event – a place to mingle and network, meet with colleagues from around the world and from every sector of the LP Gas business. Enjoy fine canapés and excellent company at the 21st World LP Gas Forum. We look forward to seeing you at the Welcome Reception.
MEMBERS’ DINNER |
Since 1957, visitors have been coming to these buildings to get a taste of the charming and traditional architecture, music, dance, and food. Built in the style of royal palaces, there are four main separate quarters of Korea House, forming a square with a common courtyard at the centre. The quarters feature traditional Korean wooden furniture, handicraft works, and landscape paintings. Enjoy an aperitif in the courtyard before visiting the historical Korean Village just a couple of steps away. You will then have the opportunity to savour true Korean Cuisine, a menu traditionally offered to the Royal Family, whilst also discovering traditional Korean entertainment.
