HOW TO REGISTER

Register here for the 21st World LP Gas Forum 24-26 September 2008 – ‘LP Gas – Clean Energy for a Low Carbon World’
Access to all Forum activities is subject to registration. Early bird offer ends 18th July 2008. Later registration is offered until 10th September 2008 and on-site registration is also an option.

You can register in the TWO following ways:

1. By secure online registration and payment. Click here
   Please note that in order to register online, you need a credit card
   (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).
2. By fax or post: in this case, the hardcopy registration form needs to be completed and sent to the Organising Secretariat accompanied by your payment.

• Registration requests by phone will not be taken into consideration.
• Only registration applications accompanied by the appropriate payment will be processed.
• Please refer to the table below for registration categories and deadlines.
• Registration fees are to be settled in Euro (€).
• Upon receipt of your registration (no matter how you have been registered) and after payment clearance, the Organising Secretariat will mail you an invoice/confirmation letter summarizing all registration and events reservation details and specifying the payment status
• This confirmation letter should be presented upon arrival at the 21st World LP Gas Forum pre-registration desk.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Approximate exchange rate at date of publishing (April 25, 2008):
1€ = 1.58 USD / 1€ = 1,574 KRW

(1) WLPGA Member: Only one attendee per member organisation
(2) Exhibitors: Representatives of exhibiting company
(3) Government Attendee: This category includes intergovernmental, national and local government agency representatives
(4) 4th Attendee & Following: Valid for the 4th attendee and additional registrations from the same company or organisation
(5) Forum registrants wishing to also participate in the Global Technology Conference sessions held on Friday 26th September 2008 need to sign up for this additional fee.
(6) This registration category applies to participants that wish to attend the GTC sessions ONLY (Friday 26th September 2008). This registration category does not allow access to the forum sessions held on 24th and 25th September.
(7) For participants registered as GTC ONLY, who wish to attend the Gala Dinner.

Forum Registration Fees include:

• Admission to all Forum sessions which are held on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th September 2008.
• Access to the Exhibition
• Name badge
• Simultaneous interpretation in 6 languages (English, French, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish)
• CD ROM with Forum and GTC proceedings
• 2 working lunches and 3 coffee breaks
• An invitation to the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner
• An invitation to the WLPGA Members’ Dinner (for WLPGA Member Representatives only).

Global Technology Conference (GTC) Registration Fees include:

• Admission to all the GTC sessions which are held on Friday 26th September 2008.
• Access to the Exhibition
• Name badge
• CD ROM with Forum and GTC proceedings
• 1 working lunch and 2 coffee breaks

Spouse’s Registration Fees include:

• Admission to the Exhibition area
• Name badge
• An invitation to the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner
• An invitation to the WLPGA Members’ Dinner (for Spouses of WLPGA Member Representatives only)

Payment:

World LP Gas Communication SARL (VAT N° FR 90421213893, headquartered at 9 rue Anatole de la Forge - 75017 Paris) has given mandate to MCI for the organisation of the 21st World LP Gas Forum and therefore to act and receive the fees on its behalf.

Payment of the registration fees is to be made in EURO (€) only and may be:

Modifications / Name Substitutions:

• A processing fee of 30 € will be charged for changes to your registration, except for name substitutions which will be treated as new registrations.
• All changes must be requested in writing to the Organising Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy for Registration:

• Cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or fax BUT NOT e-mail) to the Organising Secretariat and are subject to the following conditions:
  - Until 18th July 2008: 100 € will be withheld as an administrative fee.
  - After 18th July 2008: no refunds will be issued.

No registration fee refunds will be issued for cancellation or non-attendance due to failure to obtain a visa.
